By creating an account on KrestVillage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use KrestVillage. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration, including your real name, phone number, and bank account details for withdrawals.
The KrestVillage Member Dashboard is a non-public, password-protected environment. By accessing the dashboard, you agree that the interface, internal task structures, and payout logic are the proprietary property of the owner. You are strictly prohibited from screen-recording, photographing, or publicly distributing any visual elements of the secure member area. Any unauthorized distribution is a material breach of this contract and a violation of our digital property rights.
Earnings are credited based on completed tasks, approved referrals, and approved social submissions. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. KrestVillage reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is detected. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by package.
Referral bonuses are paid only when a referred user activates a paid package. Artificially inflating referrals through fake accounts is prohibited and will result in account termination.
You may not use the platform to post links, spam, or any content in violation of our community guidelines. Attempting to exploit bugs, manipulate the system, or commit fraud will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
You are solely responsible for messages and content you send on the platform. Harassment, hate speech, explicit content, and sharing of personal contact information through unsolicited messages are prohibited.
Ads posted on KrestVillage must not be fraudulent, illegal, or misleading. KrestVillage reserves the right to remove any ad without refund if it violates community standards.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. Accessing the private member dashboard constitutes an agreement to keep internal business operations confidential.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts and issue immediate Takedown Requests or Privacy Complaints to third-party platforms (including YouTube and TikTok) for any unauthorized exposure of our secure member interface. Violators may also be subject to legal action under the Cybercrimes Act of 2015.
KrestVillage may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
